How does it work?
BondBack takes online bookings from customers who need a professional vacate service such as a bond clean, carpet steam clean or flea and tick spray. BondBack then allocates to one of our Guaranteed bond service contractors (this could be you) and we manage all the communication between the client, property management agency and you. Once the agent has confirmed the services are to REIQ (Real Estate Institute of Queensland) standard for the release of the clients bond, we pay you, immediately.
